# Download Encrust

Free for macOS, Windows and Linux. Any graphics card from the last few years will do: Encrust needs Vulkan, Metal or DirectX 12.

## macOS

Drag Encrust into Applications, then run this once in Terminal:

`xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Encrust.app`

## Windows

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit

On first launch, click More info, then Run anyway.

## Linux

The builds aren’t code-signed yet, hence the extra step. After that, Encrust can keep itself up to date: turn on updates in Settings.

cd Encrust
cargo run --release -p encrust-app --bin encrust-gui
```
